KHACHATUR ABOVYAN ARMENIAN STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY

The next session of the scientific and methodological seminar on Mathematics Education initiated by the Chair of Mathematics and its Teaching Methods has been held at ASPU.

Ardéshir Guran, Professor at the University of Toronto, Canada, delivered a lecture for the BA and MA students and lecturers of the Chair.

The professor first thanked the Armenian side for the invitation and then, in the course of his lecture, focused on the application of mathematical methods, approaches and studies of different scientific institutions. Ardéshir Guran also cited a number of practical examples and scientific arguments, expressed his views on some mathematical formulas.

At the end of the lecture, the participants of the seminar asked the visiting professor a number of questions.
