ASPU choir participates in international choir project

“Ave Maria’ female chamber choir of Armenian State Pedagogical University led by principal conductor Artashes Baburyan participated in an international choir project entitled “In Terra Pax” /Peace on Earth/ which was held at the Aram Khachaturian House-Museum in Yerevan.

"Khazer" chamber choir /conductor: Ani Navasardyan/, “Narek” chamber choir /conductor: Narine Davtyan/ and Natalia Barabanshikova, a conductor invited from Moldova, participated in the project organized jointly by Christina Sheroyan, President of the Armenian Choral Conductors' Association, and Justina Duma, President of the Hurtownia Fund.

“Ave Maria” choir conducted by Associate Professor Artashes Baburyan, who is a winner of a number of international and national awards, performed works by Komitas and Joseph Haydn.

All conductors were given certificates testifying to their participation in the “In Terra Pax” international choir project.
