The partners in Armenia for the “Establishment of National Framework of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for Good Governance and Quality Towards Inclusive, Digital and Green Oriented Higher Education in Armenia (KPI4HE)” project held a working meeting.
Representatives of the working group of the Armenian State Pedagogical University (ASPU), including Vice-Rector for HR Management and International Cooperation Marianna Harutyunyan, Advisor to the Rector Hakob Tadevosyan and Head of the Unit for Education Management and Reforms Samvel Asatryan participated in the meeting as representatives of one of the project’s partnering universities.
The course of implementation and future actions of the KPI4HE project, as well as issues on the creation of the National Guidelines for Institutional Research, Strategic Planning and Accountability (GIRSPA) — the first work-related package for the project. As a matter of fact, the teams formed from among the partners are engaged in the creation of the guidelines, and the initial version will be put into circulation in August of this year.
Let us mention that the KPI4HE project is targeted at the improvement of management of the higher education system and strategic planning of universities. This will contribute to the development of the quality and inclusive, digital and green oriented higher education in Armenia, through the development and introduction of the National Framework of Key Performance Indicators for Higher Education (NF-KPI), the development of mechanisms and the launch of service planning for institutional research, as well as revision of the state criteria for accreditation of institutions (pursuant to the NF-KPI).
