KHACHATUR ABOVYAN ARMENIAN STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY

The annual “Haykyan” awards organized by the Armenian Youth Foundation took place.

During the 15th awards, young people, youth organizations including student’s associations that excel with their activeness and content of projects implemented in various spheres during 2015 were awarded.

This year, the Pedagogical University’s Student Council won the first prize in the nomination “Best Student Council”.

The President of the Student Council Nersik Margaryan observed in his conversation to the old.aspu.am that 2015 was noted with a diversity of events and initiatives such as visits to military units, orphanages, active social events, intercollegiate projects, sports games, cultural, intellectual games, and debates.

“Awards are the most important assessment for the youth. It might sound immodest, but it was much expected as every members of the Student Council aspired to be the best due to their actions and activity”, Nersik Margaryan mentioned and promised to warrant the title of the “Best” in the name of all students.

Likewise, the Students Council of the Armenian State Economic University was also announced the winner of the “Best Student Council”.
