On November 11, Shirak State University named after M. Nalbandian hosted a republican student conference which was also attended by ASPU representatives.
During the event, ASPU was represented by Anna Kostanyan, a first-year student of the Faculty of Philology, and Tatev Tamrazyan, a fourth-year student of the same Faculty (scientific supervisors: corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia, Doctor of Philology, Prof. Aelita Dolukhanyan and Candidate of Pedagogical Science, Acting Professor Gayane Khalatyan).
At the beginning of the conference, Rector of Shirak State University Yervand Serobyan welcomed the participants, wishing them fruitful cooperation.
At the plenary session, students of ASPU, Shirak State University and Yerevan State University made reports, after which the conference continued in eleven subdivisions in remote and on-site formats.
Ashot Galstyan, Dean of the Faculty of Philology at ASPU, says participation in events of the similar format is important especially for strengthening and developing inter-university ties, ensuring continued cooperation, and developing students' scientific worldview.
The dean says the ASPU students are excited by the hospitality of Shirak State University and are willing to participate in scientific events of the same format in the future.
