KHACHATUR ABOVYAN ARMENIAN STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY

A few days ago, within the scope of the project “Integration of Syrian-Armenians”, the distant –learning students of the Faculty of Primary Education Department of Pedagogy and Methodology /pre-school education/ and the lecturers of the Chair of Pre-School Pedagogy and Methodologies Irina Ponomarenko, Anna Simonyan and the Chair specialist Tamara Nalbandyan visited “Lori” resort in Stepanavan.

During the camping days the students and lecturers jointly together with the staff of the Red Cross organized beautiful events, competitions, workshop- seminars for 51 Syrian –Armenian children /10-12 grades/.

In addition, the children were also introduced with the history and activities of the Pedagogical University, found out the Faculties available at the University, their peculiarities , particularly the course descriptions of specializations in Pedagogy and Psychology /pre-school/ and Pedagogy and Methodology /pre-school education/.
