The Rector of the Pedagogical University Rouben Mirzakhanyan welcomed the representatives of the LDK company, which works within the framework of loan projects on energy-efficient reconstruction of university buildings sponsored by the European Investment Bank.
Mr. Rouben Mirzakhanyan welcomed the guests and introduced the scope of interests at the University adding that they were already cooperating with Chinese investment companies.
In addition, the Rector referred to the financial state of the University and assured that they were open to establish new mutually beneficial and effective outcomes within the scope of certain projects, particularly in regards with activities projected in the second and third campuses of the ASPU.
In their turn the representatives of the company expressed acknowledgements for the hospitality and outlined that in their work they prioritise the environmental protection and climate issues.
Likewise, they introduced their programme about efficient utilization of energy, its implementation practice and profitability, as well as the outcomes of their cooperation with specific organisations in Armenia.
The representatives of the ASPU and the given company spoke about the development process of the project, the technical aspects, as well as its financial and economic viability.
At the end of the meeting, an agreement was reached for the existing projects and initial estimates to be provided to both parties in order to undertake the necessary practical steps for cooperation.
