KHACHATUR ABOVYAN ARMENIAN STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY

On the 25th Independence Day of the Republic of Armenia a photo exhibition was organized on the topic of “A Quarter of a Century; on the Way toward Independence” at the foyer of the Faculty of Culture of the Pedagogical University.

In more than 100 photos, the 2-4th year students depicted the independence that they would imagine and see.

The Head of the Chair of Cinematography, Artistic Photography and Social –Cultural Activities Rouben Yerzinkyan outlined in his interview to the old.aspu.am that this exhibition differs from the others only with the photos made on the topic of independence.

“This exhibition is the summary of events organized on the 25th anniversary of independence; before that the film “My Armenia/Im Hayastan” by Garnik Karapetyan was presented at the Faculty; in addition, an off-site lesson was organized in Sardarapat. The photos are good with their interesting approaches. This is another opportunity for the students to register progress in professional experience», Rouben Yerzinkyan mentioned adding that upon the wrap-up of the exhibition the best ones will receive encouragements.

The exhibition will be open until 7 October.
