Future teachers as volunteers

Recently, students of the Faculty of Primary Education at the head of Lecturer Arevik Khugeyan and Irina Ponomarenko, the person in charge of volunteer activities, participated in the “Europe Days in Yerevan” initiative.

Future educators and form masters, who cooperate with the Armenian Red Cross Society (ARCS) within the framework of the project “Promoting Integration of Syrian Armenian Children into Schools,” again helped ARCS representatives, informing visitors about the achievements of Syrian Armenians and distributing leaflets.

Throughout the day, the future teachers carried out their duties with great responsibility.

The cooperation between the sides is also manifested by the active participation of ASPU students in volunteer activities in campsites. The four-year students of the Faculty of Primary Education majoring in Pedagogy and Methodology / Preschool Education/ are already at the “Lori" Rest House in Stepanavan, where they are helping ARCS representatives in pedagogical and organizational activities.
