From 18 -22 October, the Associate Professor of the Pedagogical University Chair of Philosophy and Logic after Academician Gevorg Brutyan, Candidate of Philosophy Andranik Stepanyan visited the Pázmány Péter Catholic University in Hungary.
The latter was invited by the Head of Chair of Philosophy of the University in question, Director of Doctoral Schools, Dr. Bolazh Mezey.
On 20 October, the lecturer of the Pedagogical University made a presentation for the MA students of the Faculty of International Relations of the Corvinus University of Budapest on the topic of “ Understanding Culture; Ethnocentrism, cultural diversity and multiculturalism”. On the following day, he delivered a lecture on the topic of “Gabriel Vahanyan and Doctrine of God’s Decease” to the Doctoral students of the Faculty of Philosophy of the Pázmány Péter Catholic University.
Moreover, during the visit a number of important meetings were held in the course of which prospects of cooperation and joint research initiatives were discussed.
And last but not least, within the scope of the visit to Budapest Andranik Stepanyan met with the ASPU students currently studying at the Pázmány Péter Catholic University, as well as with the Lecturer of the Budapest State University, Armenologist Benedekt Zigmonti in the Armenian Catholic Church.
