Narrative specialist Natalia Savalyeva delivered a lecture at the Armenian State Pedagogical University (ASPU).
The Czech speaker is the leading specialist of the “narrative” method, which is one of the innovative directions in psychotherapy and has been widely applied in work with people with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and those in depression, panic and sorrow around the world for the past two decades.
In her lecture for the future psychologists and social workers that was entitled “Basics of Narrative Therapy”, Savalyeva talked about the specifics and results of work with people with different problems by sharing examples from her own practice.
The speaker voiced hope that the information provided will give the young specialists the opportunity to conduct a more in-depth study on the material and apply it in their profession and in their work aimed at providing psychological support.
