The International Academy of Psychological Sciences announced a competition for the best research work in the field of Psychology in connection with the 20th anniversary of the Academy.
Yaroslavl State University, one of the oldest universities in the Russian Federation, coordinated the works of the competition.
Head of the Chair of Age and Pedagogical Psychology, Armenian State Pedagogical University (ASPU), Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Professor Vladimir Karapetyan also participated in the competition and congress on “Psychology in the 21st Century.”
During the competition, Mr Karapetyan was named “The Best Psychologist in Russia” and received the Honorary Badge of the International Academy of Psychological Sciences.
In compliance with the competition requirements, all research papers were examined and graded: a special accent was laid on the works of the past five years.
Vladimir Karapetyan had submitted to the competition about 52 works with their summaries.
Professor Karapetyan’s research paper entitled “Experimental study of a person's self-esteem from the point of view of Psychosemantics and concept of Ego” found its place in the volume published within the framework of the congress.
The Academy is composed of scientists known in Russia and other countries of the globe.
