During the year-end meeting of the Chancellor's Office, Rector of the Pedagogical University Rouben Mirzakhanyan bestowed a Khachatur Abovyan medal on the Chairman of the
University’s Student Council, Volodya Gasparyan.
The latter received the highest award of the Pedagogical University for his fruitful activity and good management of the Student Council.
The Rector also wished Volodya Gasparyan success in the new, responsible position he had recently assumed.
Earlier in December, Mr Gasparyan was appointed Deputy Head of the State Property Management Department adjunct to the RA Government.
