The Pedagogical University Scientific library Humanitarian Literature reading-hall arranged an exceptional exhibition on the 21st anniversary of establishment of the Armenian
Army.
The exhibition headed as “Armenian Army 21” presents 160 books and booklets about the Artsakh Battle, the establishment of the Armenian regular army, chronology, development and current achievements.
Around one hundred of the books published in the last 21 years are dedicated to the Artsakhi Battle and the participating soldiers.
The Director of the Library, historian, a professional, participant of the Artsakh Battle Tigran Petrosyants assures that in no other library one can see such a number of books on army establishment and the Artsakh Battle.
“This exhibition organized for the first time will stimulate the military-patriotic education of students. It is particularly encouraging that students from other educational establishments too visit our University to use our library sources,” Tigran Petrosyants said.
In addition, the latter informed that the exhibition will last one month and urged not to complain of the scarcity of such books pointing out the those presented at the exhibition as a proof.
Let us also mention that the exhibition “Armenian Army 21” presents books by the organizers of the Artsakh Liberation Movement such as the “Armenian Army- 10” by the RA President, the Supreme Commander in Chief of the RA Armed Forces, the Artsakh hero Serzh Sargsyan, the “Challenge for Spirit” by one of the founders of the Armenian army, the first RA Minister of Defense, the RA Prime Minister, the RA National Hero, the Artsakh hero Vazgen Sargsyan, the “Army of the 21st Century” by the RA Minister of Defense, Artsakh hero, Lieutenant- Colonel Seyran Ohanyan, the “20-year-old Chronologgy of the Armenian Army” and other books.
