Chairman of the Student Council of the Pedagogical University, Nersik Margaryan, today handed over certificates to 93 students of the University on behalf of the Armenia Youth

Foundation.
The certificates say that the tuition fees of students who have demonstrated excellent performance and activity, are from socially vulnerable families and from frontier regions, will be curtailed in the 2012-2013 academic year by 80 000 drams.
Congratulating the students, the chairman of the Student Council called on them to make education a top priority and to be more active during their daily activities. “The program will promote students' educational level and enhance their academic performance. Of the 104 students that applied to the program, 93 have been granted that opportunity. The index is promising and it speaks of another victory of the Pedagogical University,” said Nersik Margaryan.
Anahit Arzumanyan, a first-year student of the Faculty of Art Education, was among the recipients. She applied for the tuition fee discount as soon as she learnt about the program: Anahit immediately compiled all the necessary documents with the confidence that her good performance and rich knowledge would help her receive the scholarship. She is glad to be able to relieve her parents’ burden.
