Basic College Students Visit ASPU Museum
This week, the newly-opened museum of Armenian State Pedagogical University hosted the students of the University’s Basic (High School) College.

Today, the visitors of the museum were 10th-12th grade students of Humanities stream specializing in journalism.

Accompanied by museum researcher Sirarpi Ananyan, the students got walked around the museum and got acquainted with the history and annals of the University, professions it offers, former rectors and specialists who have had their great contribution to the development of pedagogy in Armenia.

The students were pleasantly surprised; they had visited numerous museums but this one was of special significance for them as it familiarized them with the 90-year-old history of the University.

Diana Gevorgyan, an 11th grade student of the Basic College, was most impressed by the video telling about the life and activity of Khachatur Abovyan and his three-dimensional photo. She promised to visit the University on the first suitable occasion, bringing her compeers with her.

10th grade student Yeranuhi Shahbazyan confessed that the visit completed her knowledge about the Pedagogical University. She is convinced that in the future her classmates will continue their studies at this University.
