Exhibition of Books by ASPU Women Lecturers

Today, an exhibition of books authored by the ASPU female lecturers was arranged at the Pedagogical University Scientific Library on the occasion of 8 March; around 250

 specialization books and fiction by 150 authors were exhibited.
 
 The Library Director Tigran Petrosyants congratulated on the international women’s day on 8 March, saying, “Each of us is remembered by the heritage we leave; in this task, books have their peculiar significance. Today’s exhibition turned into a beautiful library event. In fact, some of the exhibited books were published only a few days ago. And I am pretty sure they will become the inseparable part of our students’ daily work.”
 
The author of numerous books, the Head of the Department of Armenian Literature and its Teaching Methods, the RA NAS associate member, Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor Aelita Dolukhanyan greeted those present mentioning that a creating woman is three times a woman.
 
Moreover, as the latter remarked, the 21st century Armenian women strongly differ from women of 19th and 20th centuries; in our days, their responsibility and troubles have doubled.
 
 
As the professor also observed it is not by a chance that a number of countries have started a new path in times of government of female leaders. “I think women have great opportunities and they should use them correctly. In all times Armenian women were the bearers and transmitter of the best national traditions. They have always fulfilled their mission with dignity raising Armenian men.”
 

Further on, the Professor of the Department of Foreign Languages Teaching Methods Bella Yesadjanyan also highlighted the role of Armenian women in scientific-educational sphere, after which the Vice Chancellor of Science and Education, Doctor of Psychological Sciences, Professor Srbouhi Gevorgyan mentioned that the a large number of the heritage by the authors presented at the exhibition were a novelty for her. 
 
“I am proud to see such women in the Pedagogical University team, whose books’ content and depth give an opportunity to live new professional ups.”
 
More to the point, the Head of the Department of Armenian Language and its Teaching Methods, Doctor of Philological Sciences Professor Lalik Khachatryan congratulated all women on this festive occasion and added, “The biggest bliss of women is giving birth, and when after addition to this kind of heroism, women create spiritual-cultural values, that also receives biography and penetrates into our lives, women’s share triples.”
