The event aimed to improve the skills of the university staff during emergency alerts and evacuations, to increase the practical skills of people in charge of firefighting and rescue work and harmonize the activities of response groups.
The training started according to the fixed schedule: a fire broke out in the conference hall of the building, covering an area of about 100 square meters.
Given the risk of fire spread and fuming it was necessary to organize the evacuation of the students and professorial staff. Six people had different degrees of skin burns and injuries.
