Final sketches, base projects- each of the A group sophomores of the Faculty of Applied Arts have presented per working model in the sphere of fashion design.
Future designers made the first steps and fulfilled their own ideas in the specially furnished workshop in the native University.
The lecturer of the “Clothing Design”, the project leader Hripsimei Maronyan is glad that the education and the theoretical knowledge acquired at the University were skillfully applied by the students in practice. “I think the start of the productive and fertile work has been announced. The exhibition allowed them to use the special modern multi-functional sewing machines, to practically use professional tools, mannequins”.
Hripsimei Maronyan also observes that the corresponding elements and details completed the image of the presented models; all together they form a part of the total collection.
In her turn, the Head of the Department of Design and Decorative-Applied Art, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Ms. Anoush Yeghiazaryan also emphasized the exhibition. The latter is sure that the creative steps made in the course of teaching will assist the students to realize themselves and to have professional growth.
