The Faculty of Education Psychology and Sociology continue the series of meetings with high-school students; a few days ago, the high school students of the “Yerevak “educational
center visited the Faculty.
The meeting of the Yerevak students with the Acting Dean of the Faculty Rouzanna Petrosyan and the teaching-professorial team took place in a warm atmosphere.
The students got acquainted with the University’s structure, the faculties, after which visited the departments of the above mentioned Faculty where the Heads of Departments and the lecturers introduced the activities of the Departments, the already accomplished work and upcoming programmes.
In addition, the guest also visited the University’s museum, got acquainted with the history of the Pedagogical, and wrote about their impressions in the museum memorials.
Furthermore, during the interesting and meaningful conversation following the tour, the students asked questions which were of particular interest to them; a number of issues regarding the professional orientation of the high –school students were discussed.
At the end of the meeting the teaching-professorial team of the Faculty of Education Psychology and Sociology suggested organizing a lecture-discussion on topics which interested and were selected by the students.
