This was a unique opportunity for the students participating in the event to get acquainted with the country’s historical and cultural monuments, as well as the history of its national liberation movement.
During the three-day trip, the group visited Ghazanchetsots Cathedral (also known as the Cathedral of Christ the Holy Savior), Gandzasar Monastery Complex, Amaras Monastery, Kanach Zham Church (also known as St. Hovhannes Mkrtich Church). They were also in Stepanakert, the capital city of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, and Shushi, a major city in the country.
Throughout the pilgrimage, the students organized different entertaining games, sang and danced, filling their days with joy and laughter and bringing with them unforgettable memories.
