Seven students of the Ukrainian University are undergoing their summer internship in Armenia from August 19 to 29, within the framework of the “Summer School” exchange program initiated by the two universities.
The guests walked around the ASPU Museum, got acquainted with its history, structure, annals, specialties it offers and notable graduates of the University.
The future pedagogues of the Ukraine-based educational institution also visited the University’s Scientific Library, familiarized with its rich stacks of books and asked numerous questions to the Library director.
During the meeting with the guests, Ara Yeremyan, Vice-Rector for Personnel and International Cooperation, underlined that the students of the Ukrainian University were hosted by an educational institution that has over 90 years of history and which is currently on the path to improvement and internationalization.
He further cited the recently updated educational programs and the newly introduced three specialties as evidence for it.

Nikolay Davidyuk, a postgraduate student of the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University, who is in Armenia for the first time, recalls his days spent at the Aghavnadzor-based Teaching and Training Center of the Armenian Pedagogical University with great delight and enthusiasm.

The Armenian University has also organized various sightseeing tours in Armenia. “Ten days full of research and study tours, perfect organization of summer holidays, acquisition of new professional skills and new perspectives,” Nikolay said adding that he would be glad to work at the ASPU.
At the end of the meeting, the guests gave ASPU Vice-Rector Ara Yeremyan a souvenir which will find its place among the museum exhibits.
