New Archaeological Data- Presentation of the ASPU Graduate from Germany

The new academic year for the sophomores of the Faculty of Biology, Chemistry and Geography started with an exceptional lecture; the Faculty has welcomed a researcher, lecturer,

 candidate of biology, graduate of the ASPU Mr. Davit Vasilyan from the Institute of Geology the University of Tübingen from Germany.
 
The latter is the author of around 12 research works, articles; the archaeologist is actively involved in archaeological research activities implemented in different countries of the world. 
 
  During his meeting with the students Davit Vasilyan thoroughly discussed the fossil organisms of Armenia, the development trends in the archaeological sciences, as well as the long-term and short-term archaeological excavations being realized in Germany.
 
“I am happy to see that more and more students are interested in the marine and terrestrial excavations having been made in Armenia in the recent times, but most of all they are interested in new possible research activities to undertake”, Mr. Davit Vasilyan Mentioned in his interview to the armspu.am noticing the high requirements from students in Armenia, which however, does not give them an opportunity to master in the profession within the scope of subject they chose by themselves.
