University of Oulu and the Armenian State Pedagogical University. On this occasion, the Head of the Educational Department, the ASPU Vice Chancellor Mher Meliq-Bakhshyan and the Head of Education and Quality Reforms Mkrtich Avagyan had meetings with the Chancellor of the Oulu University Layunen Laurii and other participating members of the project.
During the meetings they discussed the implementation process of the project which had been launched two years before, as well as touched upon the solutions of the problems that occurred meanwhile and their outcomes for the time being. Furthermore, the parties discussed the upcoming conference which will conclude the project and discuss the further cooperation process.
Let us remind that still in 2011 the Armenian State Pedagogical University and the University of Oulu in Finland signed a cooperation agreement.
The aim of cooperation is to improve higher pedagogical education in Armenia under the leadership of the Armenian State Pedagogical University after Khachatur Abovyan.
