15.11.2013
Third-year students of the Chair of Design and Decorative and Applied Arts, Faculty of Art Education, ASPU, led by Head of the Chair Anush Yeghiazaryan and Practice leader Anna

Davtyan, visited the Sardarapat Memorial (a memorial complex to the Battle of Sardarapat) and the National Museum of Ethnography and History of Armenian National Liberation Struggle. The visit was arranged within the scope of student internships.

To save, preserve, display and transfer to next generations museum collections, artifacts and items of cultural significance… The students were deeply impressed and inspired by the undertaking.

As the groups confessed later the visit gave them new ideas and approaches and a fresh stimulus to create new things.  The visit was also important as it enriched their professional knowledge in the sense of choosing a final topic for their graduation work.
