Eventually, the Conservatory Opera Studio presented the “Love Drink” by Gaetano Donizetti especially for the students and lecturer-professorial team of the Pedagogical.
The opera was a première in the country and was first performed for the accredited foreign representatives and embassy employees in RA.
The opening speech of the night was given to the reciter Arsen Ghazaryan. The latter welcomed the Chancellor of the Pedagogical University, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Rouben Mirzakhanyan, the representatives of the Oulu University of Finland, and the professors and students of the Pedagogical University.
In his speech Arsen Ghazaryan mentioned that on our days the great meaning of culture is to become of some sort of a forge to smith people. He also added, “This kind of momentous cooperation between the Pedagogical University and the Conservatory will surely give its laudable outcomes. Culture and Pedagogy are equally valuable concepts.”
Gaetano Donizetti’s “Love Drink” was performed in two acts by the Yerevan State Conservatory Opera Studio after Ghazaros Saryan.
Throughout years, this Studio has been performing works of various authors, which have been presented on the renowned stages of Europe.
And this time the audience had the greatest pleasure of the performance under the accompaniment of Hovhannes Mirzoynan’s opera studio orchestra.
