On the occasion of International Students' Day and World Youth Day, Volodya Gasparyan, former chairman of the ASPU Student Council, an ASPU graduate, has been awarded with a Letter of Appreciation by Armenia's Prime Minister and Chairman of the ASPU Governing Council Tigran Sargsyan. Volodya Gasparyan was awarded for his significant contribution to and involvement in the implementation of youth programs.
Volodya Gasparyan, Deputy Head of the State Property Management Department adjunct to the RA Government, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, chaired the ASPU Student Council in 2008-2012. Today he is a lecture at the Chair of Professional Education and Applied Pedagogy, ASPU.
