KHACHATUR ABOVYAN ARMENIAN STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY

From 22 to 24 November, the team of the Faculty of History and Law, Department of Law /Pedagogy/ participated in the national moot court competition dedicated to the International

 Humanitarian Law organized by the Armenian office of the Red Cross.

 

The ASPU team consisted of the students of the Department of Law, namely Ms. Lucinei Chichyan /2nd year/, Mr. Norayr Nazaryan /3rd year/, Mr. Hayk GHazaryan /3rd year/.

 

Previously, it was this team that won the first honorary prize at the preceding stage of the competition held in Yerevan. The next and final stage of the competition was held in Tsakhkadzor where the team outstood with their rich knowledge and received the jury’s high estimates.

 

Moreover, the national experts of the moot court competition on International Humanitarian Law also stated that the team of the Armenian State Pedagogical University had all chances to win at the next stage of the competition and to receive the worthy prize. 

 

The following stages of the three-phase moot court competitions will take place in  February and May.
