Colonel A. Sargsyan, commander of one of the military units of the Armenian Ministry of Defense, has expressed his gratitude to Professor Rouben Mirzakhanyan, Chancellor of the Pedagogical University, Doctor of Historical Sciences.
In a letter addressed to Mr Mirzakhanyan, A. Sargsyan praised Sergeant Sargis Mkhrtchyan, a second-year student at the Pedagogical, who has distinguished himself with impeccable, diligent and honest service, discipline and will power.
“Serviceman Sargis Mkhrtchyan is dully performing his sacred duty and honouring the requirements of the military oath. He is a real warrior ready to safeguard the borders of his country.
