Santa Claus, Christmas tables, burning candles, holiday wishes… This is how the students of the Faculty of Biology, Chemistry and Geography celebrated Christmas and New Near.

Christmas dances and carols were accompanied by interesting presentations about the most fantastic and magic holiday and its celebration in Armenia and other countries of the world.
Dressed in national costumes of different countries, the students were able to take the attendees to China, Spain, India, as well as to the historic sites of Armenia, and present New Year’s traditions and celebrations observed there and the ways of celebrating New Year in these places.
Svetlana Hovakimyan, Dean of the Faculty of Biography, Chemistry and Geography, thanked Varduhi Hovhannisyan, a lecturer at the Chair of Physical Geography, and the students for organizing the event and wished everyone a merry Christmas and a happy New Year.
