The second day of the international conference “Intercultural Communication by Teaching Foreign Languages”, which was organized on the Francophonie days in Armenia,
proceeded with parallel work of two
sections.
The participants of the conference delivered reports on the following two subjects: “Multilingual Teachers’ Trainings: problems and perspectives” and “Translational Problems: Cultural-Civilization Concepts”.
The president of the first section was the member of the Social Education Academy in RF, General Director of “Euroschool” Research Centre in Moscow,
Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor Victoria Safonova; and the President of the second section was the Lecturer of the Specialized Department of Teaching Foreign Languages, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor, Naira Manoukyan.

Afterwards, upon finishing the reports, the official closing ceremony took place; meanwhile, the Associate Professor of the Aix Marseille University in Fati Chnane –Davin, the General Director of “Euroschool” Research Centre in Moscow, Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor Victoria Safonova, and others made their reports.
In addition, all the guests and those present had a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the musical performance of Garry Qyosayan’s Jazz Quartet of Pedagogical University.
Upon the end of the event the conference participants visited the Yerevan Brandy Factory. There they were excited to get introduced with the history and secrets of brandy-production in Armenia, and to taste the world-famed Armenian brandy.
