The solemn opening of a new modern hall of Armenian State Pedagogical University after Kh. Abovyan will be held at the 3rd building of the University on March 7. The large hall equipped with the latest technical innovations is unique and can host various events, including conferences, concerts and youth discos.
The renovation works the planning and design of the hall were coordinated with professional designers and architects.
“During the renovation, we took into consideration the trivial details; the hall can hold up to 500 seats, it is spacious and light, equipped with modern technological and acoustic devices and has a portable stage,” Armen Tamazyan, ASPU Vice-Rector for General Affairs, told old.aspu.am.
He added that the popular Armenian rock band Dorians will perform during the opening ceremony. Attendees will have a good opportunity to assess the work carried out for several months.
The ceremony starts at 4.00 p.m., March 7.
