State Medical University after Mkhitar Heratsi visited the Pedagogical.
The guests made a tour around the University’s Museum, Library, got familiar with the depositories, the history of the University, its activities and famous graduates.
Besides, for the professional orientation aims the students also visited the Faculty of History and Law where they had a meeting with the Dean Edick Gevorgyan.
During the meeting the Dean introduced activities of both the University and the Faculty, and discussed the privileges and significance of the profession.
What is more Mr. Edick Gevorgyan especially highlighted the new cooperation links and achievements of the Pedagogical University in the international educationl sector and mentioned that the University did its best to equip its students with abundant knowledge and to ensure excellent academic atmosphere for them.
“Knowledge is power; we have clear conviction that a country cannot develop without knowledgeable society and the youth in particular”, Mr. Edick Gevorgyan mentioned and turned to the future applicants with the following words, “Your knowledge decides your tomorrow”.
Additionally, the student asked the questions of their interest in the course of the meeting.
To conclude, the University-Employer Collaboration Centre at the Development Planning and Monitoring Department continues organization and implementation of visits aimed at assisting professional orientation of school-children; within this scope another group of humanitarian school-children will visit the Faculty of Foreign Languages of the University.
