Support Program 2013 for Postgraduate Students and Young Applicants” received grant certificates.
Among the grant recipients was also Mariam Gevorgyan, a graduate and employee of the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics, Armenian State Pedagogical University, a postgraduate student of the Institute for Physical Research of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia.
During the competition, she submitted the results of research work on “Management of molecular formation in ultracold quantum gases by STIRAP” which she had conducted under the supervision of Artur Ishkhanyan, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, a corresponding member of the NAS.
“Such grants are commendable and desirable for young scholars. They provide opportunities for participating in international symposia and ensure proper planning and exchange experience,” Mariam Gevorgyan said in conversation with old.aspu.am.
The competition was announced by the State Committee of Science of the RA Ministry of Education and Science.
