Armenian State Pedagogical University (ASPU) and Artsakh State University (ASU) today signed a cooperation agreement. “Artsakh has a problem of integration, and this agreement will greatly contribute to the process. The cooperation will produce the desired results and serious achievements which will be perceived first of all by young people in Artsakh,” said ASU Rector Manoush Minasyan.
She stressed that the cooperation between the two higher educational institutions started many years ago but as time changes new forms of cooperation are necessary to respond to new challenges.
In his turn, ASPU Rector Rouben Mirzakhanyan said the agreement provides an opportunity for a wider cooperation between the two universities. He was glad to say that this year’s international student camp will also involve students from the Artsakh University.
The agreement envisages cooperation between the two establishments in educational, research and training methodological, information and cultural areas, development and implementation of mutually beneficial programmes, academic and scientific exchange of students and teaching staff, joint statements, signing of documents, etc.
