Recently, a group of undergraduate and graduate students of the Faculty of History and Jurisprudence of Armenian State Pedagogical University (ASPU), who had received good and excellent marks in final exams, had a meeting with Aghvan Hovsepyan, Chairman of the Qualifying Examination Committee.
ASPU Rector Ruben Mizakhanyan thanked Mr Hovsepyan for coordinating the examination process and objectively performing his duties as Chairman of the Committee, which, the rector said, was highly appreciated and commended by students and members of the Committee. Speaking about the employment opportunities of future lawyer teachers, Mr Mizakhanyan said, “Working by that profession has great perspectives. The subject is taught in all institutions of higher education, and there has always been a demand for specialists in different spheres.”
“The level of education is a matter of national security for each nation, therefore education has been in the center of attention in all societies,” said Aghvan Hovsepyan. At the same time he expressed his regret that many graduates do not want to work as teachers.

Referring to the knowledge of graduates, Aghvan Hovsepyan said that good and excellent marks prevailed, and it was very difficult for the Committee to put bad marks to some students.
“Everyone should measure the time with the speed of his thought and demonstrate his knowledge in due time,” stressed Mr Hovsepyan. He also answered students’ questions concerning employment prospects in the law enforcement sphere, undergoing internship in law enforcement agencies, etc.
