KHACHATUR ABOVYAN ARMENIAN STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY

On November 15, 2013, Asya Hakobyan was announced the Best Student of Armenian State Pedagogical University among numerous students nominated from the ten faculties of the University. 

In addition to numerous congratulations and awards, the University also gave its best student an opportunity to have an 8-day trip to Italy in summer.

Summer days are left behind but the impressions from Italy are still fresh and unforgettable. Rome, Vatican, Florence, Venice, Rimini, San Marino…

The best student of the Pedagogical University visited all these places rich in historical and architectural traditions. Asya Hakobyan confesses that it is impossible to visit such old and well-known cities, amazing and diverse places and not to dream about visiting Italy again and again. 

“Any encouragement is welcome for a student, and this award is binding. I am to bear the title of the ASPU Best Student with dignity and honour,” she said.

Asya Hakobyan calls on students to be leaders in all areas, especially in the sphere of education, and master the professional knowledge and nuances that will help them become a great and dedicated teacher, a real devotee. 

Although she has graduated from the ASPU, Asya Hakobyan still cares for her Alma Mater and is interested in its daily life and activities and takes pride in its achievements and success. 

“I wish to continue cooperation with the pedagogical smithy that armed me with knowledge, strong will and desire to overcome new heights,” she said.
