
A few days ago the Faculty of Art Education of the Pedagogical University hosted the scientist Boris Atchemyan who lives in Paris.
During the visit the scientist delivered a lecture to the MA students of the Department of History and Theory of Art representing the historical and cultural links and relations of Ethiopians and Armenians.
At the end of the meeting Boris Atchemyan presented his book headed “Imperial orchestra. Armenians at Ethiopia in 19-20 Centuries” to the Faculty, and the Head of the Department of History and Theory of Art Mr. Ara Hakobyan in his turn, presented the illustrated album published within the scope of 90th anniversary of the Pedagogical University as a gift to the Noubaryan library.

We would also like to mention that the Doctor of History /EHESS/ Mr. Boris Atchemyan was born in Marseilles, graduated from Department of History of the Paris Sorbonne University. Currently Mr. Boris Atchemyan is running the Noubaryan library founded in Paris in 1928.
