KHACHATUR ABOVYAN ARMENIAN STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY

«Armenian nation never loses its power and energy and is able to protect their homeland only with their courage”. Today, all students of the pedagogical University who participated in the moment of silence dedicated to the memory of three pilots deceased on 12 November, shared the abovementioned idea. 

Lit candles, flowers and condolences to the families of the deceased and to the whole Armenian nation were brought by each and every student, who condemns the enemy’s actions and calls for theircompatriots to learn lessons from what happened.

Among those participating in this initiative organized by the Student Council of the Faculty of Education, Psychology and Sociology were mainly students of the Department of Military Psychology and Pedagogy who due to their profession often arrange classes at the Military Aviation Institute after Armenak Khamperyants. In fact, the deceased pilots were the graduates of that exact institute.

In her turn the sophomore of the Department of Military Pedagogy and Psychology Tehminei Makoyan assures that any incident connected with the army has its feedback and influence on the society. To the opinion of the future military psychologist such harassments fill the soldiers not only with carefulness, but also with courage and a much higher military spirit.

Likewise, the student of the same course Lida Heqimyan adds that by organizing such event with the whole nation we may assure that we are next to the armed forces of Armenia, we remember and feel sorry.

What is more, the students of the Pedagogical University participated in the funeral ceremony of the deceased pilots at the Yerablur.
