French language already taught at ASPU Primary School
19.02.2015

It is already three weeks French lessons at ASPU Primary School N57 have been conducted by Jofre Caron, a graduate student of the University of Lille specializing in Pedagogy and Education who is doing an internship at the Pedagogical University.

Zemfira Avetisyan, a French teacher at the school, says pupils have sufficient knowledge of the subject, but she considers their enthusiasm and dedication [at the lessons] even more important.

“Pupils participated in the classes conducted by the French student with similar enthusiasm. It was with great excitement that the pupils and Jofre Caron told about the results of their joint work,” Naira Toghanyan, Principal of ASPU Primary School N57, told old.aspu.am. She added that although French has recently been introduced into the school curriculum, pupils already love the new academic discipline.

French has been taught at ASPU Primary School N57 as a third foreign language since the beginning of 2014-2015 academic year.
