The international scientific journal “Power and Freedom of Common Trends of Theological and Legal System and Management Techniques” published by the International Academy of Sciences (London) has published a scientific article by Sevada Sargsyan, a third-year student of the Faculty of History and Law, Armenian State Pedagogical University.
In his article “The Role of Authorized Capital in Settlement of Creditors’ Claims of Limited Liability Companies [LLC],” the future lawyer dwells on the role of authorized capital, defines its features and other issues.
Sevada Sargsyan stresses the importance of the article and says it is aimed at addressing the shortcomings and gaps concerning authorized capital in Armenia’s legal system. “The publication of the article in an international scientific journal was, first of all, a good opportunity to acquire more skills and experience and enrich my knowledge.
Also, I have come up with proposals; one of them concerns the requirement of minimum amount of authorized capital of LLC which does not have a specific definition and is not even defined in the RA Law on Limited Liability Companies,” Sevada Sargsyan said in conversation with old.aspu.am.
