Associate Professor of the Pedagogical University of Novosibirsk Delivers On-Line Lectures at the ASPU

Today, online lectures with the duration of 32 hours, organized within the scope of the course “Psychological Correction Methods” for the sophomores of the Faculty of Special Education were wrapped up.

 

The Lecturer Yelena Drobisheva is the Associate Professor of the Pedagogical University of Novosibirsk; in fact, the ASPU has a cooperation agreement with the Pedagogical University of Novosibirsk within the framework of which the online lecturing will turn into a unique experience oflecturers’ exchange.

 

In the whole process of the lecture the Associate professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology Kim Saroukhanayn ensured the connection between the lecturers and students, supported in assessing the students’ intermediate tests and having an objective picture.

 

The Dean of the Faculty of Special Education Armine Avagyan, in her turn, highlighted importance of organization of the lecture from several perspectives; first of all the cooperation is important for the internationalization of the University as well as it assists the MA students to improve the level of mastering a foreign language.

 

“Future special pedagogues give a positive feedback on organizing lessons in the current format, at the same time pointing out the omissions and additions, for the correction of which further discussions will be developed”, mentioned Armine Avagyan and added that within the cooperation framework agreed between the two universities, the Associate Professor of the ASPU Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, specialist of deaf-and-dumb pedagogy InessaHarutunyan  was going to deliver her report and lecture at the Institute of Childhood of the Pedagogical University of Novosibirsk in the new academic year.

 

And last but not least, the Dean expressed his hope that soon increasing the number of foreign language lessons at the Pedagogical would allow organizing lectures in the abovementioend format for the undergraduate students too.
