KHACHATUR ABOVYAN ARMENIAN STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY

Rector of Armenian State Pedagogical University (ASPU), Ruben Mirzakhanyan, today handed over Certificates of Participation to members of the teaching staff who completed the second stage of a professional development course.

Before the start of the second phase, the organizers considered the proposals made by the participants of the first stage. In particular, the trainees were given a day off. Also, the number of IT-related disciplines was increased in the course. 

A total of 45 lectures were involved in the second phase of the refresher course comprising 60 hours. The course is conducted by leading specialists from the ASPU, Yerevan State University, Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) University, Ministry of Education and Science, World Bank and Microsoft-Armenia educational program. Two more phases of the professional development course are planned to be held by yearend.
