
First year pupils of the ASPU Primary School bid farewell to the Alphabet; for continuous months the children travelled in the mysterious world of letters, got familiarized, studied and learned the writing and pronunciation of letters.
The children overcame the first serious challenge of their life by learning the Armenian alphabet by heart and proved in practice that the joint efforts of teachers and parents did not pass in vain.

During the event poems and songs were dedicated to this language the writing of which was created by Mesrop Mashtots after which the children made a long journey by the symbolic train and visited different corners of our country, its historical places full of Armenians and discovered Armenia with the help of letters, got acquainted with their motherland, the landscape and material and spiritual values created by Armenians.
The last stop of pupils was Oshakan, where the grateful children paid a visit to the holy Mesrop Mashtots’ tomb and paid a tribute to the great teacher.
The event passed in a high and cheerful mood, with the fluent, coherent speech, songs and recitations, and ended with the guests’ best wishes and congratulations.
At the ASPU Primary School N57 the 4th grade students also made their farewell performance and bid goodbye to the elementary school in jolly mood.
The children addressed their acknowledgement speech to the teachers for equipping them with endless knowledge for four years on,
Moreover, the newly established choir of the University conducted by the teacher of music classes Azniv Bareghamyan also performed during the event.

The students thrilled those present with a short performance, poems and songs. To conclude, the Director of the school Ms. Naira Toghanyan, together with teachers and parents all congratulated the children.
