KHACHATUR ABOVYAN ARMENIAN STATE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY

The annual intercollegiate song festival “Nrneni” took place at the Pedagogical University.

The jury was assessing the participating students from various universities. The jury consisted of the President of the SC of the Yerevan State Conservatory after KomitasKhachik Bekyan, the President of the SC of the Yerevan State Academy of Fine Arts Eduard Avetisyan, winner of republican and international competitions Vigen Aharonyan, the soloist of the band “The beautified project”, conductor, author of a number of TV programmes,producer Andrey Simonyan.

Songs presented by the participants were multi-genres and the performances were uncompromising. 

Upon concluding the results it became clear that in the current year the third prize of the “Nrneni” intercollegiate song festival went to the student of the Yerevan State University Gayanei Avdalyan, and the second prize went to the student of the Yerevan State Academy of Fine Art Margarita Mnatsakanyan; the first honorary prize was at this time awarded to two students from the same university – the Yerevan State Conservatory after Komitas Arthur Mnatsakanyan and Ani Ghushchyan. The prize for the nomination of “Jury’s Charm” was awarded to the students of the Pedagogical University Tamara Khoublaryan and Lilit Israelyan.

All winners of the “Nrneni” annual festival received certificates and souvenirs.
