President of the Armenian Association of Connoisseurs, blogger Tigran Kocharyan today hosted 3rd year students of Department of TV-Journalism of Faculty of Culture.
He presented the future journalists the role and importance of social networks and explained the difference between blogs, websites, online newspapers and social networks, as well as the difference between bloggers and journalists.
He attached special importance to the issue of liability. While it may have legal consequences for media, in case of bloggers, problems are mainly solved by clarifying human relations: the sphere is not yet regulated in the legal framework, he said.
The meeting with the blogger was held in an interesting and friendly atmosphere. However, the two-hour long meeting was not enough to satisfy the interest of the students and answer all their questions. Tigran Kocharyan promised to meet the students again.
