Development and Quality Assurance Mkrtich Avagyan, the Head of the International Cooperation Department Christina Tsaturyan, and the Dean of the Faculty of Primary Education Heghinei Khachatryan made a business trip to Oulu.
On 28 May, the delegates that arrived at Oulu commenced its work. The group of our representatives visited the University, got acquainted with its structure, as well as its educational and research opportunities.
Further during the visit, the delegates visited the University Library, examined its E-library opportunities and the update mechanisms of book supplies and book depositories.
Soon after, the Pedagogical University representatives also met the Vice Chancellor on Education Ollie Silven. The latter introduced the Oulu University’s achievements, progress, together with the detailed research programmes with both private organizations and foreign universities.

Afterwards, the ASPU Head of International Cooperation Department Christina Tsaturyan, in her turn, represented the ASPU and the development steps that had been exercised within Armenia and at the ASPU in particular during the recent years.
The working day ended with vigorous discussions and exchange of opinions regarding the relative cooperation.
The current trip also aims to pay visits to primary, secondary and high schools as well as other departments of the Oulu University.
