Hindawi Publishing Corporation, a rapidly growing academic publisher with more than 300 open access journals, has been operating for a long time now. Original research papers and scientific articles in physics can be read online in “Advances in Condensed Matter Physics,” a peer-reviewed open access journal.
The special issue of the journal entitled “New Materials for Advanced Linear and Nonlinear Optical Applications” will come out this year.
The editorial board of the special issue has been named recently by a decision of Hindawi Publishing Corporation.
Edvard Kokanyan, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Head of the Laboratory of New Materials of Quantum Electronics and Integral Optics at Armenian State Pedagogical University (ASPU), was named editor-in-chief of the journal. The editorial staff also includes Michel Aillerie, Professor at the University of Lorraine, France, Gagik Demirkhanyan, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, ASPU, Armenia, and Sergey Kostritskii, Professor at RPC Optolink Ltd, Russia.
“In order to publish the special issue, the editorial staff invites scientists from different countries to submit at least 20 articles related to the field of physics. The editorial office of the online journal is housed in the building of Armenian State Pedagogical University after Khachatur Abovyan. This is another good opportunity to present the scientific potential of the University,” said Gagik Demirkhanyan, member of the editorial staff, Dean of the Faculty of Physics and Technologies at the ASPU, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences and Associate Professor.
