Recently, Armenian State Pedagogical University (ASPU) hosted a meeting of representatives of the Association France-Russia-CIS (Association France-Russie-CEI) and ASPU delegates.
The Association France-Russia-CIS (hereinafter Association) headed by President Antoine Segura, was interested in the potentialities of the ASPU. The Association also presented a cooperation program and discussed further opportunities for collaboration with the ASPU. It refers to a distance learning program on generalizing technical and pedagogical training of renewable energy in cooperation with Grenoble-based Pierre Mendès-France University. ASPU’s involvement in the program is determined by the preparation of specialists teaching basics of solar power generation.
The Association France-Russia-CIS included international expert, head of the project Oleg Bernard, lecturer HakobAjamyan, representative of the Municipality of Saint Martin, Advisor to local authorities IbrahimaDiallo and Program Coordinator of the Association France-Russia-CIS NelliStepanyan.
The meeting was attended by RoubenMirzakhanyan, Rector of Armenian State Pedagogical University, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, MkrtichAvagyan, Head of the Department of Educational Development and Quality Assurance, RitaGevorgyan, Head of the Strategic Development Department, DonaraGhazaryan, Head of the Chair of Vocational Education of Foreign Languages and Christina Tsaturyan, Head of the International Cooperation Department.
