Since 10 August, the Pedagogical University has started admissions to distant learning courses for 2012/2013 academic year in 40 specializations.
The university is open for applicants without age restriction who have secondary, vocational, pre-professional (vocational) and specialized technical education.
Distant learning education at the Pedagogical University is realized with a 5-year “Pedagogy BA” programme, on paid basis.
The applicants may apply and participate in the competition for only one specialization on their choice; while applicants with a certain status are liable to a full refund of the tuition fee.
Children of soldiers deceased (departed) in the RA defense war and citizens who became disabled during the temporary military service may be admitted to the University on non-competitive basis.
Likewise, applicants demobilized from the mandatory temporary military service, upon successfully passing the examination, also have a chance to be admitted to the University outside competition.
The University’s targeted places are open only for persons who have worked at the RA secondary schools for at least a year and who have a permit from the regional administration, based on their positive marks.
Let us also remind that application forms are accepted no later than 20 September. The distant learning admissions examinations are held from 25 September until 20 October.
